Title:
Piezo-electric porcelain and the piezoelectric element using it
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6105777
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic without including lead and having piezoelectric properties with low temperature dependency and with high stability over a wide temperature range.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric-ceramics includes 0.01 to 0.50 pt.mass of Mn in terms of MnO, with respect to 100 pts.mass of a component represented by a composition formula (1-x){(KNa)Li}(NbTaSb) O+xBi(A1A2) O, where x, a, b, c, d, e, α and β, respectively, are in a range of 0.0010≤x≤0.0050, 0.50≤a≤0.54, 0.02≤b≤0.06, 1.000≤c≤1.005, 0.04≤d≤0.10, 0≤e≤0.10, 2/3≤α≤1, 1/3≤β≤2/3, A1 is at least one element of an element group consisting of Mg, Cu, and Zn, and A2 is at least one element of an element group consisting of Nb, Ta, Sb, Ti, Zr, Hf, Ge, Sn and Ce.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
