To provide a piezoelectric actuator and a clock, capable of preventing peeling of a piezoelectric device from a reinforcement plate.
This piezoelectric actuator is provided with the reinforcement plate 51, the plate type piezoelectric device 52 adhering to the reinforcement plate 51, an electrode formed at the piezoelectric device 52, and an oscillation body 50 which oscillates corresponding to a voltage applied to the electrode and drives a driven body. Furthermore, the piezoelectric actuator includes a peeling prevention member 55 for covering an edge part in an extensional direction of at least the piezoelectric device 52 of the oscillation body 50 and for preventing peeling from the reinforcement plate 51 of the piezoelectric device 52. The peeling prevention member 55 includes a pair of sandwiching parts 551 brought into contact with both front and rear surfaces of the oscillation body 50 in such a direction that the piezoelectric device 52 is made to adhere to sandwich the oscillation body 50, and a connection part 552 for connecting a pair of sandwiching parts 551. The pair of sandwiching parts 551 and the connecting part 552 are integrally formed. Thus, the peeling prevention member 55 can prevent peeling of the piezoelectric device 52 from the reinforcement plate 51.
