Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator that suppresses an electric resistance value to be increased caused by a crack being generated at a conductive joint material between a lead pin and an external electrode plate.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 1 includes: a lamination body 4 formed by laminating a plurality of piezoelectric layers 2 and inner electrode layers 3; a conductive layer 5 provided at side faces of the lamination body 4 and formed by electrically connecting every other layers of the inner electrode layers 3; an external electrode plate 6 having a hole 60 at least part of which is joined to the conductive layer 5; a lead pin 7 inserted into the hole 60 of the external electrode plate 6; and a conductive joint material 8 for joining the external electrode plate 6 and the lead pin 7. The conductive joint material 8 has a void 80 inside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
