Abstract:

To provide a piezoelectric ceramic having a large piezo strain constant d and capable of being fired at a low temperature, and also provide a multilayered piezoelectric element and an injector large in displacement, exerting a large force and in which an Ag ratio in an inner electrode can be heightened.

This piezoelectric ceramic comprises a perovskite-type complex oxide having PbZrO3-PbTiO3 as a main component, and at least Pb(Yb1/2Nb1/2) O3, Pb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 and Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 as sub-components. The complex oxide has a Zr/Ti ratio of 0.85-0.96, and the above sub-components are included in 10-20 mol%. The multilayered piezoelectric element comprises the above ceramic, and the injector is provided with the multilayered piezoelectric element.
