Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the piezoelectric device whose frequency characteristic is effectively changeable.
CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric element 12 comprising a piezoelectric substrate 8 and an electrode 10 formed on the piezoelectric substrate 8 is supported by a supporting substrate 16 with piezoelectric actuators 14A, 14B and a drive voltage is given to the piezoelectric actuators 14A, 14B so that one of the piezoelectric actuators 14A, 14B is expanded and the other is contracted and the frequency characteristic of the piezoelectric element 12 is changed by changing the drive voltage.
