Abstract:
To reduce manufacturing time for a piezoelectric motor 100.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric motor 100 is provided with: a piezoelectric element 112; a printed circuit board 115 electrically connected to the piezoelectric element 112; a connector 150 having a pin 151 bonded to the printed circuit board 115; and a terminal board 160 to which the pin 151 is bonded. The printed circuit board 115 is formed with a first opening 115H into which the pin 151 is inserted. The terminal board 160 is inserted with the pin 151, and formed with a second opening 161 with a length in the first direction longer than a length in the second direction which is perpendicular to the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
