To provide a piezoelectric power generation device for converting feeble rotational energy, which is generated by natural force or artificial force, efficiently to electrical energy.
A passive unit for external force, a first oscillator having a rotation pivot at the passive unit, a second oscillator having a rotation pivot at the first oscillator, and a piezoelectric device, which is adhered to the first oscillator, are provided. The first oscillator is oscillated back and forth through movement of the passive unit for the external force. In connection with this, the second oscillator oscillates at different period, and part of the second oscillator is put in contact with the piezoelectric element so that the piezoelectric element is flipped and oscillated to generate power in the piezoelectric power generation device.
