Title:
PIEZOELECTRIC SOUNDING BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6089197
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the sounding effect by mounting an oscillation circuit to a support frame of a vibrating part in a self-exciting piezoelectric sounding body to reduce the thickness to nearly 1/10 and support the vibrating part with the support.

CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm 2 connected with a piezoelectric body 4 is supported with a frame body 1 by plural supports 3 at the inside of the frame 1 and each of the supports 3 has a structure of minimum stiffness minimizing the restriction of axial vibration of the diaphragm 2. The sounding body is obtained by forming a ceramic piece having a diameter of 20mm into a flat plate with a thickness of 200∼300μm, sintering a silver electrode in split form to both sides to provide signal input terminals a∼c from an oscillation circuit 5, and bonding a piezoelectric body obtained through polarization processing at a voltage 4kV/ mm, at room temperature for nearly 1hr onto the diaphragm 2 with epoxy resin.
