Abstract:
An object of the invention is to provide a piezo-electric speaker capable of easily ensuring a uniform broad-band sound pressure and reproducing a large acoustic signal, so a piezo-electric speaker (1) is provided with a piezo-electric member (10) for generating a vibration in accordance with an electric signal applied thereto and a piezo-electric vibration plate (15) adhered to the piezo-electric member (10) for converting the vibration to a sound, and the thickness of the piezo-electric vibration plate (15) is formed so as to be different in accordance with the distance from the vibration centre of the piezo-electric member (10).
