Abstract:
To provide a piezoelectric type transducer having excellent sound pressure characteristics in which an elastic film is not easily peeled from a piezoelectric element.
A piezoelectric type transducer (1) includes an elastic film (13) formed by a cured liquid film, a support part (11) connecting with an external end part of the elastic film (13) and supporting the elastic film (13), a diaphragm connecting with the elastic film (13) without having an adhesive therebetween, and a piezoelectric element (10) deforming with the elastic film (13). The elastic film (13) connects with an outer edge part including an end surface of the diaphragm.
