An insulating adhesive layer 40 is interposed between a piezoelectric vibrator 20 and a capacitor 21 and prevents shortcircuiting between a vibrating electrode 202 of the piezoelectric vibrator 20 and the electrodes 211 and 212 of the capacitor 21.
