Title:
PIEZOELECTRIC VIBRATIONPROOF MATERIAL, VIBRO-ISOLATING CONSTRUCTION THEREWITH AND USAGE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0694074
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a piezoelectric vibrationproof material capable of effectively convert, a vibration into an electric charge.

CONSTITUTION: Each electrode 2 is installed on both sides of a filmy piezoelectric body This piezoelectric body 1 is superposed double, forming a piezoelectric layer, and this piezoelectric layer is double-layered and held between resin layers or rubber layers 3 as a sandwich, forming a vibrationproof material. Electrodes 2 installed at both sides of the piezoelectric layer are connected to each of exterior type resistors 4. In this vibrationproof material, a vibration transferred from the outside is absorbed by the piezoelectric body 1 and then it is converted into an electric charge. This produced electric charge is fed to the exterior type resistor 4 by the electrode 2 installed on an outer surface of the piezoelectric layer, and here it is converted into heat and disused. A direction of polarization is accorded with a direction 5 of vibration, through which this vibration is efficiently convertible into the electric change.
