Abstract:
To provide a high-power power generation element and a piezoelectric strain composite used therein.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric strain composite includes a polarized piezoelectric film and a magnetostrictive film laminated on at least one surface of the piezoelectric film, and the first surface of the magnetostrictive film on the piezoelectric film side has irregularities with an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 50 μm or less, and the second surface of the piezoelectric film on the magnetostrictive film side follows irregularities on the first surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
