Title:
PILFERPROOF CAP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3912553
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reliably the leakage of gas, the suction of the external air and the leakage of contents clue to the slight unsealing of a cap, which is not caused by the breaking of a bridge, and further prevent reliably the so-called coming-off of the cap only in high-temperature environments or failure in airtightness of a container, which occurs prior to the breaking of the bridge, in low-temperature environments.
SOLUTION: A pilferproof cap comprises an outer cap 5, in which a pilferproof band 4 is connectively provided to a cap 2 with the aid of a bridge 3, and an inner cap 8, in which an intermediate leg 7 is connectively provided to a packing 6 for sealing a mouth of a container. A locking member 10 adapted to be locked to an annular protuberance 9 is connectively provided to the pilferproof band 4, and a protrusion 11 for raising the packing 6 immediately after the breaking of the bridge 3, which is accompanied by the unsealing of the cap 2, is provided to the cap 2. The inner cap 8 is formed of a synthetic resin material showing a physical property value wherein the Olsen rigidity is 8,000-12,000kg/cm2 at normal temperatures.
