PURPOSE: To reduce the dimension of a device by allowing an absorbing body material to be supplied into a rotary drum and piled in conformity with the shaping hole of the rotary drum on a porous strip shaped member when a material feeding opened port on an end plate which revolves with the rotary drum and an absorbing body material feeding duct installation port coincide with each other.
CONSTITUTION: A porous strip member 4 is allowed to pass between a rotary drum 2 and a suction chamber which is installed in close to the outer peripheral surface of the drum 2. Further, on the peripheral surface of the drum 2, a shaping hole 5 conforming to the shape of a piled absorbing body is formed. Further, on the edge surface of the drum 2, the first end plate 6 which revolves with the drum 2 and the second end plate 7 which covers the end plate 6 and does not revolve with the drum 2 are installed. On the end plate 6, an absorbing body material feeding opened port is formed, and on the end plate 7, an absorbing body material feeding duct installation port is formed. When the material feeding opened port on the end plate 6 and the material feeding duct installation port coincide with each other, the absorbing body material is supplied into the drum 2, and piled in on formity with the shaping hole 5 on the member 4.
