With release of the engaging state, the cylindrical vessel 21 is released from a cylinder 25 to fall down stockings/socks to be piled up in vessels 16 which are supported by means of suppor rods 17. When they are piled up in vessels 16 by the determined rate, the central shaft 7 is intermittently turned, holders 6 are turned, arms 5 formed on the holders 6 are turned with 45° of their respective angle so that the vessels 16 can be always maintained in horizontal state to the sole stand.
