PURPOSE: To make possible of selecting cutting only pill or cutting pill leg together with pill by constructing an inner blade inscribing an outer blade having blade holes for introducing pill in an U letter-like curvature face and having a cutting part having an inclined top end to be switchable to normal and reverse rotation.

CONSTITUTION: The aimed pill remover is composed of an outer blade 24 curved in U letter-like and having blade holes 25 for introducing pill and an inner blade 20 sliding on inner face of the outer blade and having a cutting part 20a having a top end inclining to normal rotating direction and switchable to normal and reverse rotation. Said pill remover is brought into contact with cloth containing pills 36 and an electric source switch is turned on, then pills 36 introduced through the blade holes 25 are cut and removed. At the time, the inner blade 20 is normally rotated (arrow mark A) and said cutting part 20a cuts pill leg 37 together with pill 36 with scooping up the pill 36. On the other hand, the inner blade 20 is reversely rotated (arrow mark B) and a cutting edge is eliminated as the cutting part 20a is backwardly inclined, therefore only the pill 36 is removed in breaking.
