PURPOSE: To improve functions by providing pillar type form bodies, whose plane shape is square, comprising two unit type form bodies whose plane shape is like L, supporting the unit type form bodies outside the pillar type form bodies, and providing trucks used for both supporting and working, which have a position adjusting function.
CONSTITUTION: Adjacent face plates 3 and 3 are orthogonally connected to each other through corner angle members 4, and outside thereof in the height direction unit type form bodies 2 having plural steps of L shaped supporting members 5 are arranged. Trucks 8 and 9, which are used for both supporting and working, and comprise a tower-like body 10 having an upper platform 11 and staircase 16 and an upper coupler 14 and lower coupler 15, each of which comprises a running wheel 12, jack type fixture 13, and a jack which can be pushed and pulled are provided. Next, after hanging a pair of forms 2 so that the shape in a plane may become a square around a main reinforcement 17, the trucks 8 and 9 are joined outside. After adjusting the positions and the perpendicularity with the coupler 14, the forms 2 are connected by bolts 6 to form pillar form main body 1 and the trucks 8 and 9 are also fixed. With this constitution, installation can be precisely and easily in a stabilized state.
