Title:
パイロットバーナ、ガス燃焼装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6675280
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas combustion device capable of preventing wrong discharge from an igniter electrode to a flame rod electrode when igniting a pilot burner after elapse of a long time from combustion stop.SOLUTION: A pilot burner 11 has a partition wall 64 inside a gas passage 63 so that a gas flowing in from an inlet part 11 detours and flows toward a first flame hole 65 in the vicinity of a target electrode 14, and the passage length from the inlet part 11 to the first flame hole 65 is longer than the passage length from the inlet part 11 to a second flame hole 66 in the vicinity of a flame rod electrode 13 by predetermined length. Thereby, when a thin gas is ignited in the first flame hole 65, a thick gas has already reached the second flame hole 66, and the flame of the second flame hole 66 is not lifted. Thus, wrong discharge to the flame rod electrode 13 is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
