Abstract:
To provide a nozzle-mix pilot burner which is capable of stabilizing a flame by increasing turning force even in the case where a flow rate of fuel gas passing through a swirl vane is low due to fuel conversion of the fuel gas, and which is configured to enhance flame holding capability against blowoff of a flame due to negative pressure variation of a combustion air flow in a main burner.SOLUTION: A pilot burner 1 includes: a restricting part 20 at a tip of an inner tube 2 in order to reduce a flow rate of combustion air A toward the front of the tip of the inner tube 2; a plurality of lateral holes 22 located midway along the inner tube so that the combustion air A can flow from the inner tube into a fuel gas G in a region surrounded with the inner tube 2 and an outer tube 3; and a swirl vane 4 in a region surrounded with the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 3 in between the plurality of lateral holes 22 and the tip in the inner tube 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
