CONSTITUTION: Rotating a rotor wheel 1 by an indexing gear mechanism etc. attached to the rotor wheel 1, the rotor wheel is indexed and fixed to its regular position. Next, a jig body 5 is pressed against the rotor wheel 1 by the use of a hydraulic cylinder 6. With the rotor wheel 1 indexed at high accuracy and the jig body set in its regular position, a hole-drilling machine can perform drilling at a fixed cycle, highly accurate and efficient pin-hole drilling can be obtained, and the drilling jig also become compact.
