PURPOSE: To obtain a pin-hole inspection method which enables a pin hole to be found accurately and constantly at a low voltage regardless of the shape of an object to be inspected.

CONSTITUTION: In the title method, an object 16 to be inspected is placed between at least two opposing electrodes 2 and 4, a voltage is applied between the electrodes 2 and 4, and a pin hole within the object 16 to be inspected is found according to whether current flows or not. A conduction inspection is performed while flexible conductive films 12 and 13 are interposed between at least one of the electrodes 2 and 4 and the object 16 to be inspected.
