PURPOSE: To permit the operation of two or more keys by only one lock by a method in which the first action part is associated with an inner cylinder turnable in relation to a fixed outer cylinder, and the second action part is associated with a rotator turnable in relation to both the outer and inner cylinders.
CONSTITUTION: The first action part 3 is associated with an inner cylinder 2 turnable in relation to a fixed outer cylinder 1 to work it with rotation of the cylinder 2. A rotator 11 turnable in relation to both the outer and inner cylinders 1 and 2 is provided and associated with the second action part 12 to work it with rotation of the rotator 11. Two kinds of keys of different depth lengths are provided, and when using the first short key 22(a), only the cylinder 2 is allowed to turn in relation to the cylinder 1 by the action of a driver pin 17 set on the deepest position to enable the first action part 3 to operate. When using the second long key 23, the rotator 11 is allowed to turn in contact with the pin 17 to enable the second action part 12 to operate.
