A pinch reception base 100 and pinch part 200 coupled and held with a common fulcrum and provided with pinching parts 110 and 210 at the one end are given. A fulcrum pin 300 is arranged in the fulcrum, and at the opposite side of the pinching part 110 and 210, finger operation sections 120 and 220 are provided. A contact 900 and the like are pinched and operated by operating the sections with fingers. A pressure spring 400 is arranged at the section to pressure-pinched from both sides of the contact 900 and the like. Pinching state confirming window 130 and 230 are formed closely to the pinching part.
