Title:
PINCHABLE TOOTHPICK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09546
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To remove a food residue stagnating in a gap between teeth as in the case of using forceps under a finger pushing force, and pinch a food like a fork by maintaining two rod shafts fixed like forceps, and sharpening the end thereof like a toothpick.

CONSTITUTION: A shaft 1 fixes toothpick sections 2 and 3, and prevents the ends of toothpicks 4 from being easily dislocated. At the time of pinching a food residue by a finger, sections 2 and 3 are pressed. In this case, wood, bamboo, plastic, metal or the like is used as a material, and a shaft 1 may be initially fixed, pasted later, or caulked. The food residue can be easily removed by forming an originally single rod into a pinchable toothpick like a pair of chopsticks.
