Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make eating life richer and increase the consumption of soft spreads and pineapples by adding pineapple components and giving a variation to taste and smell as to butter, margarine, other soft spreads, and its producing method. SOLUTION: The soft spread contains pineapple components such as a solid body, juice, and essence of a pineapple, and produced by mixing the pineapple components in the producing process of butter, margarine, and other soft spreads. Or butter, margarine and other soft spreads which are already produced are heated up to room temperature and softened, and after the pineapple components are mixed in this state, the spread is cooled and solidified.
