PURPOSE: To shorten pinning construction time for repairing of an external wall and to increase adhesive strength of a building frame and a finishing material.

CONSTITUTION: A hole 3 is drilled in a finishing material 1 and a building frame 2, the hole 3 is cleaned, and a pin 6 is inserted into a nozzle 5 of an adhesive injection apparatus. This nozzle 5 is inserted deep into the hole 3, and an adhesive 8 is injected from the nozzle 5 from the depth. The pin 6 is discharged from the nozzle 5 by retreating the nozzle 5, and the finishing material 1 and the building frame 2 are repaired by the pin 6 and the adhesive 8. Additionally, the nozzle 5 has an outer diameter smaller than a diameter of the hole 3 drilled on the finishing material 1 and the building frame 2 and has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the pin 6.
