Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a pipe beveled surface polishing device by which a mirrorlike polished surface equal to a skilled person can be obtained by easy work by automating manual work.
CONSTITUTION: A pipe beveled surface polishing device is provided with a mountable-demountable clamp base 5 which can be fixed to a pipe end surface, an oscillating slide 6 which is provided on the clamp base 5 and is driven by a DC motor 12, a pressing slide 8 which is arranged on a moving table of the oscillating slide 6 and can slide on a pipe beveled surface by an air cylinder 16, a grinder 7 which is mounted on the pressing slide 8 through an inclined shaft 10 and a vertical slide 9 and has a mechanism changeable at one-touch and a driving motor stand to drive the grinder 7 from outside.
