Abstract:
To provide a pipe fitting to be used in connection of pipings for exhaust pipe, etc., capable of easily deciding the position of a hole saw center for boring a main pipe when a branch pipe is to be connected with the main pipe through the pipe fitting.
Markoff parts 4, 4', 6, 6' are provided at the side edge 3 and end 5 of the saddle part 2 of the pipe fitting 1, and the positions of the markoff parts 4, 4', 6, 6' are marked on the circumferential trunk part 16 of the main pipe, and the location of the hole saw center for boring the circumferential trunk part 16 of the main pipe is determined on the basis of these marks.
