PURPOSE: To simply cool pipes, which upper surface sides have water cooling portions and which lower surface sides have air injection nozzles, by preventing the overheat of said pipes by shaping pipe grids by said pipes.
CONSTITUTION: In a fluid layer incinerator 1 that matters to be burnt 12 are burnt in a fluid layer 2, unburnt solid matters are collected to the upper portions of pipe grids 3 by the difference of s.g. while a movable layer 4 consisting of a fluid medium and unburnt solid matters is formed to the lower portions of the pipe grids 3, and the content of the movable layer 4 is taken out by opening and closing a double damper 7 and separated into the fluid medium and the unburnt solid matters by means of a sieve device 8, said pipe grids 3 are shaped in such a manner that water cooling portions 15c are installed by mounting coaxial arched covers 14c to the upper surface sides of pipes 3c with nozzles 13c downward directed, thus preventing the overheat of the pipe grids 3
