Reinforcing fibers obtained by a pultrusion molding method are arranged substantially parallel to a lengthwise direction of a pellet. A long glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene resin pellet having a pellet length of 3.0 to 50mm is used as a material, and the pipe joint is obtained by injection molding. About 15wt.% of the reinforcing fibers in the joint molded by the long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin pellet as a material hold a fiber length of about 1mm or more.
