To provide a pipe outer peripheral surface scraper capable of preventing from a scraper coming out from a pipe end portion.
This scraper 1 has a supporting means 30 supporting a turning tool sending mechanism 10 for sending a cutting tool 11 in a circumferential direction and in an axial direction along a pipe outer peripheral surface P2 at a pipe end portion P1 so as to move in a rotating direction. The supporting means 30 has outer surface rollers 31, 32 pressed against the pipe outer peripheral surface P2, and inner peripheral surface rollers 35, 36 pressed against a pipe inner peripheral surface P3. The diameter of the inner surface roller 35 in the pipe end surface side is larger than the diameter of the inner surface roller 36 in the opposite end surface side. Therefore, the rotating peripheral speed of the inner surface roller 35 comes to be faster than the rotating peripheral speed of the inner surface roller 36. Force turning the whole scraper toward the opposite end portion side of the pipe is generated, thereby preventing the scraper from coming out.
