PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe structure, heater pipe for an underground tank, and a protecting pipe, having corrosion resistance easy to control with a simple structure.
SOLUTION: A heater pipe 15b is provided in a lower part of an underground tank, to be inserted through a joint 17 between a bottom plate 7 and a side wall 5, and the heater pipe 15b is connected to a heater pipe 15a provided in an inner part of the side wall 5. The heater pipes 15a, 15b are constituted respectively by inner/outer pipes 21a, 29a, inner/outer pipes 21b, 29b, etc. The inner pipes 21a, 21b are connected through an inner pipe elbow 23, the external periphery of the inner pipes 21a, 21b and the inner pipe elbow 23 is formed as a polyethylene lining coated part 27 after welding, the outer pipes 29a, 29b and an outer pipe elbow 31 are provided around the inner pipes 21a, 21b and the inner pipe elbow 23 except in a part of the joint 17, and a space is formed between the inner/outer pipes. A span seal 35 is provided in the vicinity of a boundary between parts of the inner pipe 21 enveloped and not enveloped by the outer pipe 29.
