PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and easily installable pipe unit of a multiple dwelling house vertically installed by straddling the outside of a plurality of floors in the multiple dwelling house.
SOLUTION: This pipe unit U is arranged in the vertical direction outside a building M for constituting the multiple dwelling house over the plurality of floors in the multiple dwelling house, and is constituted by vertically continuously installing individual pipe units U1 to U3 having the height corresponding to the height of the respective floors on the outside of the building. The respective pipe units U1 to U3 internally store required pipes P and p and an apparatus, and these units are covered with a plurality of housings H1 to H3 opening on the opening corridor side by presenting a U shape in a plan view. Such housings H1 to H3 are formed of a sandwich panel composed of a pair of inner and outer metallic plates 8 and 8 and a core material 9 of a honeycomb core sandwiched between these metallic plates. Such a panel is composed of a pair of left and right side panels 4 and 5 for presenting an almost L shape in a plan view, and a flat panel 6 arranged between these panels, and having an almost minus shape in a plan view.
