To provide a piping installation structure for a building improving the degree of freedom in guest room layout by suppressing the enlargement of an occupied area of a guest room due to a piping installation space.
Each story of the building with a plurality of stories is provided with a plurality of guest rooms as approximately the same layout for every story. A unit bath is installed along a corridor side wall located on the corridor side of the guest room, and the piping installation space for installing vertically extended water supply piping and drain piping to which a water supply branch pipe and a drain branch pipe connected to the unit bath are connected, is provided along a side face wall of the unit bath located along a direction almost orthogonal to the corridor side wall. The piping installation space is closed with the side face wall of the unit bath, a facing wall provided facing the side face wall, the corridor side wall, and a bulging wall formed bulging the side face wall of the unit bath outward to face the corridor side wall.
