Abstract:
To achieve a structure which can reduce cost required to reuse resources while assuring cooling performance and reliability requested.
A bottomed cylindrical piston body 6a and a piston cap 15 which is fitted and supported by a tip side opening of the piston body 6a are joined with each other via an intermediate sleeve 16 made of metallic plate. The piston cap 15 has an air fluid passage bringing an inner space into communication with an outer space. Problem is solved by combining the piston body 6a with the piston cap 15 via the intermediate sleeve 16 in such a condition that the back surface of a press portion of the piston cap 15 is aparted from the tip surface of the piston body 6a in axial direction.
