To provide a piston whose piston movable portion can be reduced in weight.
The piston 10 includes a piston base 20 and the piston movable portion 30 capable of reciprocating to/from the piston base 20 along a direction where the center axis X0 of the piston 10 extends. The piston base 20 includes a body 21 having a through hole 23b, a piston boss 22 provided in the body 21 and having a pin hole 25 formed, and a skirt 26 provided along a periphery of the body 21. The piston movable portion 30 includes a piston head 31, the piston movable portion 30 provided on the piston head 31 and movably inserted into the through hole 23b, and a ring 33 formed along a periphery of the piston head 31. The piston head 31 has a movable portion side protrusion 34 and a screw 60 formed, and these elements are slidably inserted into the through hole 23b formed on the body 21.
