To provide a pivot structure of scissors for hairdressing, which makes it possible to easily perform the selecting operation of the adhesion increase of a blade edge at the end of a blade body and the adhesion increase of a blade part at a blade body side edge.
A pivot 5 for pivotally attaching a first blade body 2 and a second blade body 4 has a first shaft part 5b having a circular cross-section and a second shaft part 5c having a square cross-section, and the first blade body 2 is freely rotatably pivoted at the first shaft part 5b through a rolling bearing 5. The second blade body 4 has a circular recessed part 7 formed thereon, has a shaft hole 13 having a square cross-section which is opened inside the recessed part 7, and is united with the pivot 5 in the rotating direction by inserting the second shaft part 5c of the pivot 5 to the shaft hole 13. To the recessed part 7, the shaft hole 13 having the square cross-section and a circular collar 9 with a projection part 12 formed to be along one side of the shaft hole 13 are mounted. By changing the direction of insertion to the second shaft part 5c by 90, the second blade body 4 is pushed up by the projection part 12, and the blade edge or the blade part is pressed to the blade edge or the blade part of the first blade body.
