Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a washer member and a handle member without depending on machining, and eliminate the generation of a product failure.
SOLUTION: A washer member 1 and a handle member 2 are connected by a U-groove 13 provided on either one member, a pair of pins 23 to be inserted to the U-groove 13 from the opening side which are provided on the other member, and a locking member 3 press-fitted to the U-groove 13 to lock the pins 23. The locking member 3 is formed into a substantially rectangular fork as the whole by use of a synthetic resin as material, and has a curved recessed part 33 provided over the longitudinal direction on the front surface of the rectangular fork so as to support a part of the outer circumferential surfaces of the pins 23, a slit 34 extended from the rear part of the rectangular fork to the front side, and a pair of elastic pieces 35 made elastic by the slit 34 and extended on the rear part side. The elastic pieces 35 are press-fitted from the opening side of the U-groove 13, and the pins 23 are supported on the inner part of the U-groove 13 and the curved recessed part 33.
