PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel array and a display including the pixel array.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a pixel array and a display including the pixel array. The pixel array includes a plurality of rows and columns of sub-pixel basic units, each including a blue sub-pixel, a red sub-pixel and a green sub-pixel. The sub-pixel basic unit presents a plurality of pixels, in which an arrangement proportion of the blue sub-pixel in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction is configured in such a way that one blue sub-pixel is assigned for every two pixels. In each of the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, any two red sub-pixels are not adjacent to each other and any two green sub-pixels are not adjacent to each other. Thereby, superior display effects can be obtained in a flat panel display while the number of sub-pixels can be reduced.
