PURPOSE: To raise the efficiency of construction work by a method in which a round pit of the same diameter from upper end to lower end is excavated, an inner shell tube is set on the center of the pit by positioning its lower end above the bottom of the pit, and concrete is placed into the space between the tube and the pit wall.
CONSTITUTION: In concrete pile work at site consisting of a pit 2, the ground 3, reinforcing bar assembly 4, an inner shell tube 5, and concrete C, a columnar pit 2 of the same diameter from upper end to lower end is excavated in the ground 3 by auger, the assembly 4 is inserted into the pit, and the tube 5 with bottom such as spiral steel tube is set in the pit 2 along the axis of the pit 2 by positioning its bottom above the pit bottom. Concrete C is placed at the outside of the tube 5 in the pit 2 and sand, gravel, and excavated soil are charged into the inside of the tube 5. The construction cost can thus be reduced.
