There are provided a base section 1 where a substantially hemispherical concave section 2 is formed in a central upper surface, a ball joint 3 fitted into the concave section 2 in the base section 1, a ball joint press member 4 for preventing the ball joint 3 from slipping from the concave section 2 by permitting a male screw section 6 formed in an outer surface of a rising section 5 surrounding the substantially hemispherical concave section 2 of the base section 1 from the outside is engaged with a female screw section 7, an adjusting ring 8 coupled to an upper end of the ball joint 3, and an installation table body 10 that includes a female screw section 11 engaged with the mail screw section 9 of the adjusting ring 8 and that moves vertically by turning the adjusting ring 8. One set of four tables is employed to receive and support a lower end of the instrument on the four installation table body 10.
