Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently construct a hopper frame having a complicated shape such that a plurality of hopper ports are provided.

CONSTITUTION: A PC board 41 and a stainless lining 44 of metallic material which is formed into a flat board to form an inclined shape of a hopper frame 5 are provided so as to form a concrete placing space 47 between the board 41 and the lining 44. A placing form 4 provided with a connector 48 for tightly connecting the board 41 and the lining 44 is used, and the form 4 is set on a partition wall 6 which is installed so as to form a part of the hopper frame 5, and concrete 42 is cast into the space 47 at the site, so that the concrete 42, board 41, and lining 44 are formed into a single body to form the frame 5 into an inclined shape using the lining 44.
