A planar antenna for receiving the circularly polarized radio wave is provided with a loop filament of a rectangle with a horizontal direction being a long side, wherein an inner conductor and an external conductor of a coaxial cable are respectively connected with a distance calculated between the centers of both short sides as a long side and with an opened end deviated from the center of the long side in the direction of one side as positive and negative feed points.
