Abstract:
To provide a plane loop gap resonator, a quantum sensing system, and a quantum magnetic sensor unit having a uniform vibration magnetic field and capable of widening the line width of the vibration magnetic field.SOLUTION: This plane loop gap resonator etc., comprises: an insulating substrate 1; a loop part 2 formed on the first surface of the insulating substrate 1; an extension part 3 extending from the loop part 2 to a power supply side; a conductor film 4 that covers the second surface of the insulating substrate 1; and a transmission part 5 that is disposed so as to be surrounded by the loop part 2 and that transmits light in the thickness direction of the insulating substrate 1. The extension part 3 includes a power supply side electrostatic coupling part 6, and a resonator side electrostatic coupling part 7 for forming an electrostatic coupling with the power supply side electrostatic coupling part. The resonator side electrostatic coupling part 7 includes a projected part 8 of the power supply side electrostatic coupling part 6 and the other projected part 9 which are alternately arranged separately to face each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
