Abstract:
To overcome the problem of a prior art such that a ferrite magnetic film is poor in adhesion to a board and easily separated off from it in a planar magnetic device 10 which is equipped with a first ferrite magnetic film 12 formed on a board 11, a planar coil 13 formed on the first ferrite magnetic film 12, a second ferrite magnetic film 14 formed on the planar coil 13, and an external electrode 15 formed on the second ferrite magnetic film 14.
The second ferrite magnetic film 14 is made to cove the peripheral edge face of the first ferrite magnetic film 11, and the second ferrite magnetic film 14 is bonded to the board 11.
