In the case that the characteristic evaluation of the plane antenna 11 after assembling is successful, a heated thermal rod by an electric heater depresses an end of a boss 37 while a vertical compression weight is applied to a top case 12 and a bottom plate 22. The end of the boss 37 depressed by the heated thermal rod is deformed by a guard 37a whose diameter is larger than that of an insertion hole and closely adhered to a lower face of the bottom plate 22. Then the bottom plate 22 is locked in a state of not being separated from the top case 12 from the top case 12 by the guard 37a of the boss 37 while compressing a rubber packing 20. Furthermore, in the case that the characteristic evaluation after the assembling is unsuccessful, the bottom plate 22 is removed from the lock groove 23 of the top case 12 and a low noise amplifier board 18 is replaced with another.
