The rectangular frame material 10 consisting of conductive belt-shaped metal with prescribed dimensions where the length rate of the long side 1 and the short side 2 is (2 to 3):1, two power feeding points 3 provided at the prescribed positions of the long side 1 and two conductive route parts 4 which project opposite mutually to the prescribed parts of the internal sides of the long side 1 are integrally formed.
