To provide a planetary gear lubricating device for a planetary gear decelerator.
The present invention provides a planetary gear lubricating device for a planetary gear decelerator, particularly, relates to a planetary gear lubricating mechanism in which oil enters a shaft or a bearing in a planetary gear. The gear decelerator has a hollow body provided with a planetary gear wheel which is operated by a sun gear (main gear) connected with a motor. The planetary gear wheel has a plurality of planetary gears, the planetary gears are meshed with gear grooves of teeth inside the body to decelerate the rotational speed of an export shaft. One or more oil groove are formed on each end face of the planetary gear, and the groove(s) pass(es) through a range of a shaft hole. By this design, as the planetary gear is rotated, lubricating oil is supplied into the shaft hole for lubrication. Therefore, the attrition of the planetary gears is avoided, the lifetime of the gear decelerator is elongated, and an effect of reducing vibration or noise is provided.
