Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary roller type power transmission device improving durability to excessive load.SOLUTION: A planetary roller type power transmission device 1 includes: a sun roller 101 supported in a rotatable manner by a casing 13 with a main shaft as a center; a cylindrical internal ring 11 housed in the casing 13; two or more planetary rollers 12 contacting with the outer peripheral surface of the sun roller 101 and the inner peripheral surface of the internal ring 11; a carrier 141 supported in a rotatable manner by the casing 13 with the main shaft as a center, and supporting the planetary roller 12 in a rotatable manner; and a torque limit device 16 configured to transmit torque not exceeding an upper limit value. The torque limit device 16 limits torque transmission between the internal ring 11 and the casing 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
